William Douglass

(1611 - 26 July 1682)

9-greats-grandfather of Darrell Allen Martin.
He possibly settled in Gloucester, MA, first, but was in Boston in 1640. He was made a freeman in 1646. He moved to New London, CT, was a deacon in the church there, and served as a representative in 1672 and possibly later. William was born in 1611. He married Ann Mable say 1635. William died on 26 July 1682 in New London, New London County, Connecticut.
