Frances was born in England say 1595. She married Ensign Hugh Welles in England circa 1619. She married Thomas Coleman in Wethersfield, Hartford County, Connecticut, circa 1650. She was "of" Wethersfield, Hartford County, Connecticut, in May 1651.1 She and her husband Thomas Colman moved to Hadley, Mass. sometime between 1650 and about 1660. Frances died in 1678 in Hadley, Hampshire County, Massachusetts.
