Timothy was born in 1703. He was the son of Deacon Timothy Olcott and ? (--?--). He was baptized in Bolton, Tolland County, Connecticut, on 20 August 1704. He married Eunice White on 1 November 1732. He was a resident of Bolton, where he died in the prime of life. Timothy died of a nervous fever on 5 January 1747/48 in Bolton, Conn..
