He was the son of Thomas Olcott Junior and Mary Cullick. He married ? (--?--) circa 1700.1 He married Mary Dudley following 1717/18. He married Elizabeth (--?--) following 1740/41. Timothy died on 5 April 1754 in Bolton, Tolland County, Connecticut.
