Second cousin twice removed of Darrell Allen Martin.
Willard was born on 30 July 1900.1 He was the son of Stephen Joseph Dean and Susie Mondy. He was a resident in the household of Jesse M. Zimmerman in the 6 January 1920 census taken in Lansing, Ingham County, Michigan, age 19, a coal company teamster, step-son to Jesse. He married Jessie (--?--) circa 1925.2 He was a head of household in the 1930 census taken in Lansing, Mich., age 29, a collector; Jessie (--?--) resided in the same household, as "Jessie E. Dean" age 23; as did Dorothy Dell Dean, age 3-2/12; Wilma Mae Dean, age 1-9/12; Donna Lou Dean, age 4/12; and Stephen Joseph Dean, as "Joseph S." age 74, father of Willard. Willard died on 30 March 1932 at age 31.3
