Mary was born in Concord, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, on 25 April 1649.1 She was the daughter of William Hartwell and Jazen (--?--). She married Jonathan Hill on 11 December 1666.2 Mary died on 13 February 1695/96 in Billerica, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, at age 46.3
