Cynthia was born in Springfield, Windsor County, Vermont, on 5 February 1818.1 She was the daughter of Daniel Hall and Anna Dutton. Cynthia Hall resided in Bartonsville, Rockingham, Windham County, Vermont, circa 1880.2 Cynthia died unmarried. Cynthia died on 26 July 1896 at age 78.
