John was born say 1775. He married Patience Dutton say 1805.1,2 John R. Gibson resided with Patience Dutton in Rockingham, Windham County, Vermont, say 1810.3 He was a blacksmith.4 John died say 1845 in Grafton, Windham County, Vermont.5
