Deloris was born on 14 December 1933. She was probably born in Texas or Oklahoma; if the latter, then perhaps in Oil Center, Pontotoc County. She is the daughter of Delma Flowers and Madie Oval Burk. Deloris June Flowers was often called Dee. She married Billy George Niedfeldt in Washington, District of Columbia, on 19 September 1952.
