Delma was born in Texas in 1911.1 He was the son of George Washington Flowers and Bertie B. Forgey. He was a resident in the household of George Washington Flowers in the 3 February 1920 census taken in Maxwell Township, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma, a student age 8, his son.1 He married Madie Oval Burk say 1930. Delma died say 1990.
