Donna was born on 17 February 1955.1 She is the daughter of Prentiss Whiting Haines Junior; "Bing" and Elaine Ruth Dutton. She served in the United States Navy. She married Lennell Clayton Jones on 31 August 1974. Donna was divorced from Lennell Clayton Jones in August 1977. She married Gary Dutton on 13 April 1985.2
