Richard was born in Inglewood, Los Angeles County, California, on 5 September 1962.1 He is the son of Richard Hurmine Vandenhole I and Elizabeth Rebekah Holt. He married Anna Lynn Childers on 24 June 1989.2 Richard Hurmine Vandenhole II was alive as of 2003.3
