Phyllis was born in New Hampshire on 28 April 1926.1 She was the daughter of Albion Everett Lanpher and Myrtle Myrle Holt. She was a resident in the household of Albion Everett Lanpher in the 1 April 1930 census taken in Campton, Grafton County, New Hampshire. She married Edward Felix McCarthy Junior on 15 May 1948.2 DON'T USE PRINCIPAL ROLE IN DEATH.3
