Albion was born in Sutton, Caledonia County, Vermont, on 4 July 1903.1,2 He was the son of Everett E. Lanpher and Abbie Amoden(?).1 He was a resident in the household of Everett E. Lanpher in the 1910 census taken in Island Pond, Brighton, Essex County, Vermont. He was a resident in the household of Everett E. Lanpher in the 1920 census taken in Rumney, Grafton County, New Hampshire. He married Myrtle Myrle Holt circa 1925.3 He was a head of household in the 1 April 1930 census taken in Campton, Grafton County, New Hampshire; Myrtle Myrle Holt resided in the same household; as did Phyllis Allene Lanpher; Christine Lanpher; and Darrell Lanpher. Albion died in 1961 in Northfield, Washington County, Vermont.1
