Francis J. Rabtoy

(1891 - 1970)
Francis was born in 1891. He served in the United States Army in World War I, with Battery A, 302nd Field Artillery. He married Nina A. Balch say 1920. Francis died in 1970. He was buried in the East Clarendon Cemetery in East Clarendon, Clarendon, Rutland County, Vermont.
