Thomas was born say 1765. He was "of" Rockingham, Windham County, Vermont, on 12 April 1809.1 He married Caroline Olcott in Rockingham, Windham County, Vermont, on 12 April 1809.2,3 Thomas was listed as a member of a church in Rockingham on 6 June 1819.4 Thomas was listed as a member of a church in Rockingham on 4 December 1825. On this date "cut off."5 Thomas died following 25 September 1839.6
