Jacob was born in England in 1624.1 He was the son of John Perkins and Judith Gater. He was baptized in Hillmorton Parish, Warwickshire, England, on 12 July 1624.2 He married Elizabeth (--?--) prior to 1649.3 He married Damaris (--?--) following 12 February 1685.4 Jacob died on 29 January 1699/0 in Ipswich, Essex County, Massachusetts.
