Mary was born in Enfield, Hartford County, Connecticut, on 26 February 1695/96. She was the daughter of John Allen and Bridgett Booth. She married Thomas Perkins Junior in Enfield, Mass./Conn., on 23 July 1718. Mary died on 9 December 1739 in Enfield, Mass./Conn., at age 43.
