Hepsibah was born in Topsfield, Essex County, Massachusetts, on 28 November 1694. She was the daughter of Corporal John Curtis and Mary Looke. She was baptized in Boxford, Essex County, Massachusetts, on 6 January 1694/95. She married Doctor Daniel Felch in Salem, Essex County, Massachusetts, on 12 January 1725. Hepsibah died after her husband Daniel on the old Felch homestead in Seabrook, Rockingham County, New Hampshire.
