Evelyn was born in Chester, Windsor County, Vermont, on 24 September 1862.1,2 She was the daughter of Jerome W. Herrick and Edith Anne Lemira Dutton. She married Frank M. Warren on 15 July 1885.3 Evelyn died on 2 June 1955 at age 92.
