Sarah was born circa 1765. She married Joseph Felch Junior in Seabrook, Rockingham County, New Hampshire, in June 1787. Sarah died on 25 September 1797 in Waterford, Caledonia County, Vermont. She was buried in the Passumpsic Cemetery in Waterford.
