Manasseh was born say 1790. He was "of" Rockingham, Windham County, Vermont, on 23 June 1814.1 He married Charlotte M. Davis in Rockingham, Windham County, Vermont, on 23 June 1814.2 Manasseh died prior to 10 April 1838 in Rockingham.
