Sept. 1, 1940"; and as "12 Yr. 5 Mo. Sept. 1, 1941". The latter two give her name as "Madalyn". Her actual age on 1 September is x years 4 months 25 days. The 41-42 year notes "Transferred to Hortonville [UL:no date:UL]."
