Yavanna was born in Sherman Hospital in Elgin, Kane County, Illinois, on 30 May 1982.1,2,3,4 She is the daughter of Darrell Allen Martin and Deborah [Stephanie] Niedfeldt. Yavanna June Martin was awarded the rank 2nd Kup "Red Belt" in Hapkido Karate 24 April 1999 in Lombard, DuPage County, Illinois.5 She graduated in August 2001 from Addison Trail High School in Addison, DuPage County, Illinois. She married James Edward Weldon in the Great Hall of the Lodge at Starved Rock State Park in Utica, LaSalle County, Illinois, on 20 December 2002. Retired judge James J. Wimbiscus officiated in the civil ceremony.6 Yavanna was divorced from James Edward Weldon in Maywood, Cook County, Illinois, on 8 March 2004. She married Byron Richard Klappal in the Concordia Lutheran Church in Fort Wayne, Allen County, Indiana, on 5 November 2005.
