Hannah was born in Ipswich, Essex County, Massachusetts, in 1655. She was the daughter of William Lamson and Sarah Ayers. She married Henry Collins Junior in Lynn, Essex County, Massachusetts, on 3 January 1682/83. Hannah died on 16 December 1682.
