Deborah was born in Takoma Park, Montgomery County, Maryland, on 31 January 1959.1,2,3 She is the daughter of Billy George Niedfeldt and Deloris June Flowers. No middle name was given to her at birth; at some point, wanting to have one, she simply chose Stephanie. She used it inconsistently, but sometimes even for official purposes (such as Social Security). She married Darrell Allen Martin in Saint Paul Lutheran Church in Wheaton, DuPage County, Illinois, on 11 April 1981.4,5 Deborah [Stephanie] Niedfeldt resided with a person not included in this site in Wheaton, Ill., on 11 April 1981.6 She resided with Darrell Allen Martin in Carol Stream, DuPage County, Illinois, on 30 May 1982.7 Deborah [Stephanie] Niedfeldt resided with Darrell Allen Martin in Carol Stream, Ill., on 26 June 1983.8 Deborah was divorced from Darrell Allen Martin in Wheaton, Ill., on 19 July 1984.9,10 She married Robert Fulton on 25 April 1987. Deborah was divorced from Robert Fulton prior to 1991.
