Glen was born in Vermont on 26 February 1900.1 He was the son of George W. Clark and Rosina Gertrude Williams. He was a resident in the household of George W. Clark in the 25 April 1910 census taken in Mount Holly, Rutland County, Vermont, a student age 10, his son.1
