Zilah was born in Vermont on 16 November 1897.1 She was the daughter of George W. Clark and Rosina Gertrude Williams. She was a resident in the household of George W. Clark in the 25 April 1910 census taken in Mount Holly, Rutland County, Vermont, as "Jilah?" a student age 13, his daughter.1 She married Harry Warren say 1913.
