First cousin thrice removed of Darrell Allen Martin.
Lemira was born in Saxtons River, Rockingham, Windham County, Vermont, on 24 April 1875.1,2 She was the daughter of Warren F. Severance and Ancy Clementine Dutton. She married John D. Jacobs in Bellows Falls, Rockingham, Windham County, Vermont, on 10 September 1902.3 Lemira Daraxa Severance was often called Myra Jacobs. She was the keeper of the genealogy of the Duttons of Springfield, Vermont (concerning descendants of Stephen Hartwell Dutton, of whom she was one). She passed it on to Ruth (Williams) Dutton, I believe at some point in the 1930s. Lemira died on 24 April 1958 in Saxtons River at age 83.
