Governor Joseph Dudley appointed him Marshall of Suffolk County. He bought land from George Grimes, and settled in Billerica about 1688, near the Shawshin, in Bedford. Nathaniel was born say 1655. He married Joanna (--?--) say 1670. Nathaniel died on 2 December 1692 in Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts. His death is recorded as "12-02-92".
