Warren was born in Rockingham, Windham County, Vermont, on 2 December 1840.1,2,3 He was the son of ? Severance. He was "of" Rockingham, Windham County, Vermont, on 20 August 1861.4 He married Ancy Clementine Dutton on 20 August 1861.5,6 Warren died on 23 May 1917 at age 76.7
