First cousin 5 times removed of Darrell Allen Martin.
He lived, and died, on the old Rockingham homestead. Lewis was born in Rockingham, Windham County, Vermont, on 6 April 1801.1,2 He was the son of Elias Olcott Junior and Fanny Hastings. Lewis died on 31 January 1892 in Rockingham at age 90.3
