Eliza was born in Newbury, Orange County, Vermont, on 26 April 1872.1,2,3 She was the daughter of Allen Downing Felch and Eliza Belle Gardner. She was a resident in the household of Allen Downing Felch in the 7 June 1880 census taken in Newbury, age 8 at school, his daughter.4 She married Simeon Allen Holt in Newbury, on 25 May 1898.5,6 Eliza Rebekah Felch appears in a photograph taken circa 1906 in Newbury. She was a resident in the household of Simeon Allen Holt in the 28 April 1910 census taken in West Fairlee, Orange County, Vermont. She was a resident in the household of Simeon Allen Holt in the 24 January 1920 census taken in North Haverhill, Haverhill, Grafton County, New Hampshire. Eliza died circa 8 April 1941.7,8
