Uncle of Darrell Allen Martin.

Marshall was born in Springfield, Windsor County, Vermont, on 30 August 1926.1,2 He is the son of Derrick Allen Dutton and Ruth Alice Williams. He married Elizabeth Putnam on 19 August 1950.3 The "Echo" website, a publication of the students at Saint Michael's College, Burlington, includes an article dated 12 November 2002 about Marshall.
