Tammy was born in Wilmington, Clinton County, Ohio, on 14 May 1960. She is the daughter of Dexter Earle Martin and Betty Mae Snoody. She married David Mazzola on 17 September 1988. Tammy was divorced from David Mazzola in February 1990. She married Wilson Warthe on 8 February 1993. Tammy was divorced from Wilson Warthe in January 1997. She married Howard Clark on 19 September 1997. Tammy was divorced from Howard Clark on 31 October 2000.
