No children were born to Kelly and Randy. Kelly was born in Wilmington, Clinton County, Ohio, on 4 December 1958. She is the daughter of Dexter Earle Martin and Betty Mae Snoody. She married Randy Ganter on 12 January 1980. Kelly was divorced from Randy Ganter in August 1995.
