She died unmarried. Deborah was born on 13 January 1720. She was the daughter of Doctor Daniel Felch and Sarah Fuller. She was baptized in Salem Village (now Danvers), Salem, Essex County, Massachusetts, on 24 April 1720. She married Abner Harris. Deborah died prior to her father in Ipswich, Essex County, Massachusetts.
