Earl was born on 14 February 1909.1 He was the son of Robert William Round and Mary Stewart. He married Elizabeth Shirley Julia Martin in Rutland, Rutland County, Vermont, on 26 July 1935.1 Earl died of cancer on 24 September 1964 in Rutland, at age 55. He was buried in the south section of the Maple Grove Cemetery in East Wallingford, Wallingford, Rutland County, Vermont.
