Katy was born in Vermont, circa 1901.1 She was the daughter of George W. Clark and Rosina Gertrude Williams. She was a resident in the household of George W. Clark in the 25 April 1910 census taken in Mount Holly, Rutland County, Vermont, a student age 8, his daughter.1 She married Hugh Shattuck say 1925. She and her husband Hugh Shattuck had no children.
